How can I get my mirrors to park when I lock my doors?

You can’t on a T5.

They motor fold on the door switch and the button on the key fob electrically locks the doors, surely in the world of electrical voodoo the 2 can be linked somehow!

I have a carista but it doesn't cover my vehicle sadly

Precisely so all it needs is some electrical voodoo on my T5 to make it happen somehow!

Bit more involved I’m afraid. I believe different BCMs.

You could check out the T4 forum. Lots of modifications T4/5 or the T6 forum for T5/6.
