Double phone connection.

Hi all,

Not posted for some time so here goes. Purchased our new 6.1 Cali in May 2024. However we are still getting to grips with the media centre installed in it. I noticed in the phone section that there is a toggle button. I assumed this would allow two phones to be connected at once ( primary & guest user ) and be able to toggle between the two phones. However this is proving impossible. Even our local van centre doesn’t appear to be able to resolve this issue. My question is, can it be done?. I suspect the software is not clever enough to undertake this task. Phones are iPhones. Also just had a software update to the van.
So over to all you IT geniuses to hopefully come up with a solution if possible.

PS, just had a look at the T7, not my cup of tea. Too many compromises. The only thing I thought was an improvement was the electric parking brake!!

It’s not possible as ours not part of the systems operation. We just got a new LR Defender which does which was a nice change to have the sat nav from my phone but music from my wife’s.

Its definitely possible as the wife and I both connect via Bluetooth - and we can switch between them quite easily.
Should be a case of just going into the phone application and adding a second phone...
I'll have a look tomorrow to see exactly where you need to go to do it and post back.
