Dry Flush and Incinerator Toilets

Was browsing the web and noticed that the USA have Dry Flush Toilets and Incinerator toilets available to them. Has anyone had any experience with these? The dry flush seems a good idea? They are basically a toilet with bags inside that are heat sealed (I think) after use. No chemicals and no smells? The incinerator does as describes, you can use up to 5 times then the liquids and waste are incinerated leaving ash. Not sure if they run on electric or propane? Maybe both?

What are your thoughts on these products?

No experience of either but would be very concerned about reading the Readers Digest on an incinerator loo with the potential incendiary results if reading became too engaged.....
