Durham City - Sites for March?

I've to take my daughter up to Durham City next month for a visit and wondered if anyone could recommend a site to camp with the Cali on a Monday night. A good pub in a short walk would be a real plus too!

We stayed at Durham Grange last month. CC sites are always a good standard and this was no exception. You can get a taxi pick up and return from site - the warden can recommend a local contact. The park and ride is 5mins walk away too..... note though - we drove into the city a few times and parked up easily each time. we headed to this car park... 2mins walk to all the restaurants and the city centre: https://goo.gl/maps/gsYSJYCmrsN2

Make sure you leave your "motorhome using this site" sign out if you leave during the day. We didn't and when we got back someone else was where we had been! Despite the fact that we had the tag for that pitch.

We stayed at the Caravan Club certified site, around 2013 I think. It is in walking distance of the town centre. Books up a long while in advance. Facilities are the club changing rooms so recall they were locked up overnight though so you may have your legs crossed by the time they are unlocked.
