Electric opening retrofit

Picked up my new, first ever Cali a few weeks ago and beginning to think that I made a mistake in not specifying electrically operate side door and tailgate.
Does anybody know if these can be retro fitted?

Mine’s electric and I would not specify if I was buying new. Although it’s been reliable (once an initial problem was resolved) I don’t think the advantages outweigh the disadvantages and potential issues as it wears.

I know you can get the Electric Side door, didn't think you could get an electrically opening tailgate on a California because of the weight.

I know you can get the Electric Side door, didn't think you could get an electrically opening tailgate on a California because of the weight.

Power latching maybe?
