End of Harwich to Esjberg ferry

Just read that the ferry from Harwich to Esjberg is ending in Sept , typical as that was next years adventure :cry:

I cannot believe that DFDS are allowed to do this! They have progressively taken over all the ferry links from UK to Scandinavia and then closed them down..... Newcastle-Bergen, Newcastle-Esbjerg, Newcastle-Kristiansand-Gothenburg. Are they trying to cut the UK off from Europe??!! Where are the economics in just shutting everything down?
