Hi there, we have a 19m old T6, and had a 2x100W T6 kit with victron MPPT installed a year ago by Roger Donoghue in Taunton.
Today we noticed that the icon bottom right of the control panel, which usually tells you if you are plugged in to the external power source was displaying a flashing icon, consisting of an alternating plug symbol with the letter G.
The manual informed me that this is possibly an overcharged battery, to disconnect from the external power ( we were not connected, and haven't needed to since the panels were installed), and contact a dealership immediately.
However I thought I might get less sucking of teeth and more sense here, so I am asking for some help and advice.
Many thanks,
Nick.

Try pressing the bottom RHS button for 30secs to reset any errors to start with.

Many thanks for this information. I will give this a go this morning.

This proved very useful to me.
I wasn't aware of the hidden menu, and this allowed me to tell my T5 that I didn't have a hydraulic roof anymore (Dumé's conversion).
It also reset the battery charging error.
