Fridge not working

Hi and good afternoon. So I have a 68 plate California Ocean and the fridge has decided not to work? Heater works ok.
Have read a few posts bout this and checked control panel, diagnostic with zero errors, fridge light on display as its switched on, correct voltage with/without electrical hook up although amps are at zero? Not checked fuses yet but does it sound like a fuse has blown? There seems to be no noise/click whatsoever from the fridge box so I assume no power being received? Im not technical so keep it simple with the replies please, thank you. I live in Bournemouth so If anyone knows anyone who can fix it please let me know asap please. Thanks so much and appreciate any help.

Fuse diagrams for the T6 are in the Resources section.
The Fuse Box and Fuse size will be accurate but the actual fuse position can vary between vehicles.

Hi thanks for that, so the fuse had blown, swapped out with another 10 fuse and that has blown too. Any Ideas from here? Thank you

Probably a problem with the fridge controller.
These are the people used by other Forum members. Very helpful. Based in Havant, not that far from you.

NB: VW won’t repair the fridge but just replace .
