Fridge only works on max setting

Dear community,

I have an Ocean MY2018 bought new in January 2019.

The fridge will only work when set to Max all other settings won’t work. The compressor does not switch on. I have tried on EHU and on battery. I have a feeling it could be a faulty thermostat.

Any advice is eagerly anticipated! Thank you in advance… I’m close to my whit’s end!
