Can't find any info on a ground clearance for T6 models.
Anybody know the height in mm for 4motion Cali. I read somewhere that in 4 motion it is lower?
Are there any official options of raising the height? I am aware only about lower ones.

There is 1990mm ground clearance on the standard with a variation of +/- 50mm. There's no official options to raise the vehicle.

Well in that case, I am never going to buy a T6 unless it comes with a free step ladder! :bananadance

We've got VB air suspension fitted on 4motion. Approved by VW and can be raised as needed. Also great for self levelling at campsites.... Not cheap but...

I think you missed out the decimal point.;)

Variation with VB suspension

These are the extremes. Four standard positions, Normal, Sport, Car Park and Offroad + two memory positions that can set to your preferences. Other advantage is self levelling on site and on the road.

Going on numbers on my post above it says 193mm as lowest point so within the range Chris is saying .... If he put the decimals correct;)

Wow! VB suspension is amazing and addresses the issues of cars parks & off-road & makes VW happy! What is the name of the company/kit that you used?

We had ours fitted here.

Excellent service and they have done loads of T5s including Calis.

Sorry to confirm, ground clearance is 193mm with a variation of +/-50mm

I'm interested in the ground clearance issue as our previous 1971 VW T2 had about a mile of ground clearance and you could easy slide right under. However our 'new to us' 2007 Cali 4 Motion is claimed to have only 180mm, so the T6 Cali's claimed 193mm is an improvement over the T5.
In NZ we still have lots of gravel and dirt roads which can give you access to some great camping and ski areas. So ground clearance can become an issue. This is why lowering your Cali in NZ would be a potential huge limitation to where you can get to.
