Has anyone replaced the isotop liner?

Our isotop liner has got sticky and tangled up so we have removed the front section.
It has left a sticky debris where the velcro was. And tips to remove the sticky debris??

Goo Gone is great. Might need a couple of applications. Non toxic, safe on other materials and smells nice.

WD40 on a cloth will get it off in no time.
