Heading to Portsmouth ferry - tea time stop off recommendations.

Hi, we are in the 11pm ferry tonight from Portsmouth travelling with our 2 kids. We are leaving early to have plenty of stop offs on route. We are looking for tips for a teatime stop off somewhere between Oxford and Portsmouth where we can get dinner, the kids can have a run around and we can keep an eye on the van ideally as it's got the bikes on the back.
