Headlamp washers not lifting

Hi everyone, wondering if there's a simple solution for the issue I have with a 2018 Cali Ocean. The headlamp washer jets don't pop up. The pump is fine and the wash dribbles down the arch, but the headlamps don't get sprayed.

I've checked the internal fuses behind the bottle holder, both washer related ones are good. Is there a fuse for the spray jet motors somewhere else? I'm assuming a fuse somewhere as they both stopped working at the same time. Could it be something other than the fuse? Really frustrating that it fails an MOT for this, so I'm off road until it's sorted!! Thanks for any help or suggestions!

Could they be frozen up?
I may be wrong but I think the pop out jets rely on the pump pressure to operate.

Thanks but no, it's been like 12 degrees C today, so freezing not a possibility. Also, I have neat screenwash in the tank, good for -23C apparently.

Not sure if they are similar, but I had an old Golf and they stopped popping up too..
Manually prised them out with a trim tool, pulled out the extendable bit, WD40’d them and worked perfect after.
