Heated steering wheel

Always at this time of year I ask myself why haven't I got a Heated Steering Wheel.
I see that VW offer this option on some cars with the MultiFunction Wheel. Would it be possible to fit one of these to the California?

Or just put the heating on 10 mins before you leave then everything is heated
