Help needed with roof bed ...

Hi
I have managed to knack the roof bed which seems to have become disconnected on right hand corner.
Been away with young nephew and I think he raised it a bit quickly
Photo shows problem.
I have tried standard Allen keys but can't find one to fit.
I am hoping the bed frame will slit back into holding bracket but it does seem very stiff.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated as I am heading to Scotland on Thursday arghhh

Its a security bolt - you can buy Torx bits to fit - http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B003ALOG06/?tag=eliteelect-21

I've never heard of one being damaged like this though!

Thanks I'll get some. It is very stiff, think it should flex to allow bed to raise up.
Just hope i haven't done any permanent damage.
Your help and swift response is appreciated - I guess VW garages will have that tool as I could really do to get it done tomorrow.
Can you do anything about the rain please?? Lol
