Wondering if it's possible to buy a HEPA pollen / cabin filter for the Cali, anyone know of one, any recommendations?

Thanks

The cabin filter will catch quite small particles. Regular changes will help (they are cheap and easy to change.

The air intake for the cabin filter is within the scuttle , stand at the front of the vehicle, the intake is to the Right hand side , look for a square approx 100mm x100mm, grid air intake.
The grid is black plastic & recessed into the bulkhead, it is possible to fit an additional filter to this intake.

I have fitted a non woven filter (nylon type) to the recess. (Washable), it catches a surprising amount of particles. See photo below

You could use the type of filter media supplied with many Vacuum cleaners (bag compartment pre filter) , such as Miele -see photo , another source could be extractor hood filter media - both allow good air flow whilst filtering media from air.

Some have activate charcoal which may be a benefit

Similarly disposable Hepa filter are available and can be cut to size

Be careful not to restrict air flow too much.

I hope tgat give you a steer in a direction to investigate?

I didn’t even realise that there was a filter in there. Shouldn’t that get changed regularly then? Surely it must get clogged up and block the air flow eventually?

It's part of the 2nd Service, along with Air and Fuel in the case of my former T5.1. Could be different on the T6/6.1 but I doubt it.

Cabin filter = major service item (every other service)

Cabin filter is accessed from passenger footwell (U.K.) T6
