Hi, I’m “new”

I bought my Cali a year ago and have been a member since then but as I didn’t really have anything to contribute, I never posted.

I just came here to say a huge thank you to all your valuable insight!!

From must haves to problem solving, you’ve all helped me through my first few hiccups!!! Latest in date: why are my rear indoor lights not turning off! despite reading the manual and watching the electrical videos when I got the van, I’d totally forgotten about the button by the rear mirror!! 2 minutes on this forum and problem sorted!

The one issue I haven’t sorted yet is the driver window having a mind of its own since this winter, refuses to stay up unless I pull the button in short bursts… I did read it could be just corrosion on the button… any advice before I take it to the garage? (Still under warranty so won’t touch anything)

Usually linked to the glass being tight in the frame. Main cause is the wind deflectors, but if you have not fitted those I'd leave to the dealer if under warranty.

Thank you. No wind deflectors so I’ll get them to have a look.

Could be it just needs to be reset. Can't remember exactly how to do it, but will have a look for you.

Thank you, that would be great! Didn’t use the windows at all during the winter, and it started doing it when I first operated it in March… the passenger one did it a few times but is back to normal operation.

Will definitely try this! It does seem like it has “lost its way” in term of where the top is
