High Pitched Noise

Somewhere in or near this unit ( what is it?)
I took off all four attached plug ins but it kept going for a couple of hours or more stationary. Has anyone else experienced this and how can I get it sorted if it happens again. 2016 150hp. Cali Beach.

Isn’t that your Aux heater for rear of van?

I have a Webasto overnight heater fitted underneath nearer the front, but I am not sure what this is for.

Its your rear heater blower motor

If you have rear Aircon it could be a leak from that especially if it kept going once you'd unplugged everything on the rear heater.
