How to open fuse cover.

I have a MY17 Ocean. I understand there is a fuse cover under the bottle holder; I've referred to the manual and the instructions are not very helpful- how do you get into it? (Searched forum too, but evidently no-one has asked such a basic question...)

The ones behind the botlle holder , you open the botlle holder and sqeeze the two plastic things thogether and pull the botlleholder out.
