Infotainment screen not working.... 2017Cali Beach

Hello all. Our Infotainment & sat nav system is also on the blink..... And the ACC not working properly as well.
I’ve spoken with Yeomans VW Exeter (our local VW Dealer), and their response was that need a new system, cost over £2500....
They can’t tell me what’s wrong with it, it just needs replacing. the van is a Cali Beach, 2017, 58000 miles.
Reading the Forum this seems to be a common issue...
Can anyone recommend a company in the South West that could repair/replace it?

Not working in what way? If its just the touchscreen being unresponsive there is a fairly well publicised DIY fix. Personally I wouldn't go anywhere near VW for any audio issues.

The touchscreen isn't working at all... the sensor bar underneath works but no response from the screen...

It does - Just trying to find somewhere closer than Ingleby Barwick or Surrey, as My wife is not keen on me dismantling the dash myself....

It's very straightforward on a T5.1, T6 as below.

Might just need a new screen:

This touch will fix problems such as the touch not responding or touching properly or been fully dead or faulty. ANTI BLUE LIGHT ANTI GLARE TINTED GLASS A LITTLE BIT DARKER THAN ORIGINAL THAT WILL HELP YOU TO SEE BETTER THE SCREEN UNDER SUNLIGHT.
