Its arrived!

So, we finally took delivery of our beautiful blackberry beach on what must have been the wettest day of the year! Maximum kudos to Guy at VW Lancashire in Preston for excellent service throughout and a very thorough and friendly delivery in pouring rain. It wasn't quite the balmy evening sunset photoshoot we planned, but we still took 'Bluebell' out for a picnic on the moors above Sedburgh and were delighted with every aspect. She really does drive like a dream and we imagine many comfy nights away, starting this weekend with foray up Swaledale and Barnard Castle. Enclosed a picture of a proud owner and a very soggy evening on the moors.

Welcome. The moors are a fitting home for a Cali. I love that colour too very nice.

Thanks for the replies. Yes, Shelly is a little cracker of a trail running, mountainbiking and canoeing dog, and we have no doubt that she will be a super Cali dog. But soon to have a a little mate as well...we just spent the evening measuring up for dog crates. Re the colour, yes Shelly's mum approves, so that's the main thing. Pictures of Shelly's new pal to follow in about 3 or 4 weeks, look out for us in Cali dogs...
