Kitchen drawer adjustment wheel purpose ??

Any idea what the adjustment wheel is for underneath the kitchen drawer ??

Is it for Left to right or up and down adjustment to align the drawer front to the surrounding unit?

Should be to straighten the drawer in line , you can adjust the drawer on each side up/down by a few mm.

Pulling the black handle (on both sides ) detaches the drawer from the rail /guidance
It's thesame as kitchendrawers at home
