Kitchen side electric socket

hi. Should the 3 point socket on the side of the kitchen panel in my t6 Ocean work off the leisure battery or does it need hook up please ? I can’t get this (or the tap) to work in the Cali I bought last week. The manuals not clear. Help - just a yes or no on if it should work pls.

The three pin socket will only work on hook up, the tap should work on battery power.

The 3 pin socket you refer too is 240v which only works off hook up not leisure battery.
Check you fuse box is turned on in rear.

Presuming you have water in the tank? Does the tap (pump) make a noise when you turn it on?

No sound at all. Not even the click of the tap. Have searched on here and tried things. Next is to dismantle tap. Thanks all!

Hi. Yes it’s a T6 Ocean. Thanks for this I rang them and it is under warranty! Sorted! Will change my profile now. Cheers.

Could be the micro switch in the tap. Need to replace tap - can be bought from the site's. shop . Just waiting for my handyman friend to do mine for me.
