Can't hide the 06S, due to the taped corners.I doubt that would happen at Breeze. I have found Yeoman's hopeless tbh and whilst we live near Exeter we've been over to Breeze in Poole twice since our last experience at Exeter.
Honestly, they should know better regards the bellows. At least they didn't remove the 05S sticker!!
Yes John Kilby Aftersales Manager, good luck! Thanks Cavvy
Can I ask which person at Lpool you went through
Thanks Cavvy much appreciatedYes John Kilby Aftersales Manager, good luck!
Yes, my 05S bellows leak was identical to yours, this is where they tapped the seem on the 06S. Not tested the 06S yet.The persistent rain last night gave me a good opportunity to test the 05S bellows fitted by Yeomans only last week. The horizontal seam under the front window which leaked like a sieve on our old 04S bellows was dry as a bone however the left hand front corner stitching in particular and the right hand front stitching both leaked. Has this been other people's experience of the 05S bellows - and does th 06S address this? Someone mentioned taped corners?

Great news, much colder and not so wet to come.Well happy days Tested our 06S last night up in Aberdeenshire in some pretty strong winds and rain from 1900 last night through until about 0800 this morning and no leakage. Damn sure my previous 04S would have called it a day around midnight on previous experiences. Only one night but really encouraged that the 06S may be the answer at last
Happy New Year everyone all the best.
Mine was new Mar 24 4S bellows, now replaced with 6SI'm currently considering a 2024 California, manufacturing given by VW commenced 12 Feb 24. Should that have the latest 6S bellows?
Sorry for the late response on your bellows. Ours was carried out by Yeomans in Exeter. I did a test first and the 4S leaked. Sent the video to them and the Service Manager couldnt have been more helpful. I insisted that they made sure 6s bellows were to be fitted and they did so at the beginning of November, 4 weeks later. We picked up our van in March from Breeze with 04S bellows which promptly leaked. Many discussions with Rhiannon and her predecessor in the executive office, a 'temporary' wrap around bellows protector (FOC from VW) and finally last week we received our 06S replacement bellows fitted by Yeomans in Exeter (or so I thought). Rhiannon contacted me today to say she was shutting my case which surprised me as I told her yesterday that I needed to test them before she did this. There is some rain around tonight so I have popped up the roof and the first thing I saw was a tag with 05S on it. The bellows were due to be replaced in October at Yeomans but we cancelled this when we found out that they intended to fit 05S - instead we insisted that we would only accept 06S so the action that Yeomans have now taken is very surprising. I notice that someone else in this thread has had their bellows replaced by Yeomans recently and they also insisted on 06S so I have no idea why they have gone and done this. So I will be back on the phone to Rhiannon in the morning. Let this be a warning to everyone - you need to micromanage this process at every tiny step.
Hi see my post above. Had the opportunity to test our 06S out at the end of December and they withstood a night of pretty heavy rain and strong winds. My previous 04S which were the post Nov 2023 would not have in my experience.Hi, please give me un update on bellows.
It seems that the topic has gone quiet.
This means that 06s model is now OK and don't leak and won't leak in the future?
I am in weird situation my 03s were replaced 1year ago due to leak with older 02s bellows.
They don't leak but I liked new two style bellows.... I complained back then, but at that time, there was no alternative.....
Thankx
