Light from the night heater control panel in Beach

Is there way to switch off the display from the night heater whilst it's running please?

prefer complete darkness at night!

dont reckon you can turn the light off when the heater is on KP - i made a little blind / flap out of cornflakes box, painted black and stuck it up with adhesive velcro pads from amazon

I'm slightly confused as to whether this is by design or a fault.

It sounds like some dim and some don't.

No one has responded say that they've had theirs replaced under warranty and that cured the problem though.

You should patent your "fix" CALIFATE and sell it in the club shop. With Calfornia tax you'll be able to retire in no time!

Thanks for that thread which is mostly about the control panel never switching off.

Mine does, after about 20s, except when heater running.

Will attempt a fix like @CALI FATE has done.
