so frustrated!!

Here’s the story... went to pick my new Ocean up this morning and went through all the checks. I asked where the locking wheel but bit was and it wasn’t in the under seat draw or glove box, we opened up where the jack was and not in there either. Anyway he disappeared back into the dealership and come out with a box and said there you go I don’t think they keep them in the vehicle anymore. I said you sure this will fit as there are 4 bolts in there and it matches those, shouldn’t we take the cap off to check?? No no it’s fine it’s the one.

Drive the two hours home and load my 4 new Alloys and tyres into the van and head to the tyre garage to have them swapped over. 10 minutes later the mechanic comes in to tell me the locking but doesn’t fit!!! Dealership now closed as well. Annoyed because a forum member wanted to collect and now the earliest will be Tuesday afternoon.

Is there anywhere else I should try looking for it as a last resort??

normally it's in the box that holds the jack and spanners.

Mine came with it neatly stowed in the glove box:(

Ours was supplied in a very natty small VW branded black drawstring bag. It was in the tool box with the jack.

VW assist should have a ‘master’ wheel lock and be able to remove them for you.
