Weve hit Andoya and Langoya, now to southern islands (Vestvagoy). Avoiding all E-roads and doing huge slow circles through villages and wilderness.
Had a funny hike relying on my gps tracking maps. Almost got lost and had to backtrack.

Did you go through Sortland? We did quite a few trips there installing a glass sculpture in the Kulturfabriken there. Well worth a look

We did, though the weather was so bad that we left Lofoten after 4 days and went back South.
Had a blast in the West fishing but had to get back home bit earlier due to an awful accident.
Our dog broke her leg pretty bad and we had to make an operation that same day.
Of course it was expensive, though we were lucky it happened near Kristiansund on a working day.

Matt Damon is in Flakstad for a new movie and the village is afraid it can't handle alle the filmfans who want to visit the locations where the film was shot.

So, if you have the Lofoten on your bucketlist - postpone it for one or two years.

Went through Flakstad earlier today. Busy but not overly so. Fabulous beaches all round the area. Not a cloud around and very warm in the sun. Guess he wasn't around today. Now wild camping about 10 miles away.
