Wanted Looking for an Engine DG 1915cc T25 water cooled 88 onwards

My project I purchased for my daughter seems to have engine at it seems it would be more practical to look for another complete engine , hopefully I am looking to buy a complete engine exhaust to swap , I am reluctant to buy a recon engine as it would be more than the van is worth so any information about finding an engine would be most appreciated as I am trying to have up and running for there holiday in the last two weeks in August so I am under a tight schedule
