Lotsa gubbins

In my t6 cali i was fitting some leds on the awning and took the feed from the 12v socket in the boot. While i had the panel of in the rear pillar i noticed loads of bits and bobs located in the pillar.
Does anyone know whats all for ?

Would that be the right had side panel that you see from your back
door ?
If so i think all that stuff is part of the rear AirCon system.
Any pics ?

AH ha that would make sense, it looks like a fan moulding. I thought it was something to do with the door latching but its to far back.
