Mega Camping Stores, Worth a visit.....

Hi,

Like many, I love a good rummage in a camping store, but I feel that these places are rarely well known or advertised.

Would it be sensible to start a list of the biggest, or maybe most unusual, or specialist stores in the country?

Can I propose a scoring system so that people know what they are likely to find??

1 = Massive, might lose yourself for a day
10 = Tiny, more likely to find what I need in the garage

and then maybe quality/range/speciality store

A = Very California focused, more specialist items than you might find in Limmer
Z = Basic shop with a packet of plastic pegs for sale.

Comments: good parking, good range and choice of most essentials e.g. sleeping bags, toilets, chairs, kitchenwares, safety equipment, chocks and bargain campinggaz 907 - £42.99 for a full bottle. Also some awnings up and Fiamma wind out awnings on display year round (indoors).

I agree about Norwich Camping and Leisure - perhaps the biggest camping store in East Anglia?
