My local VW Parts department not answering phone or emails

I was about to order a new water level sensor, but nobody seems to answer the call when phoning my local dealer's parts dept. (Bury St Edmunds).

Can anyone recommend another that they have used recently? By post would be ok - no need to be local I guess.
