We got our Brandrup mattress and two sheets from the club shop. It is so much better than the Ikea mattress topper we were using before, but it is a little long.

Yeah best approach is to use it and get what you feel you need as you experience the life. The beach is a versatile vehicle but camping in it will always leave you wondering where to put certain things.

After 2 years of ownership we've just about got our holiday trips down to a smooth fine art but we still have one or two things to solve before we make it perfect.

Both me and the wife have said the same as you, if we forget small items there’s always a hardware store or Wilko!!
We’ve loaded the two really useful boxes and there’s loads of room left both in the boxes and boot but I guess that won’t be for long. The only thing we are unsure about is the fridge. We see one then look at reviews and decide against it. Most reviews are pushing us towards a Waeco but really need to find which model, our motto is we’re only planning on buying it once so want to get it right.
Going to the Caravan & Motorhome show in Feb for any other bits and bobs so should be ready for our first week away in it in March...... once we’ve planned a route.
