New Cali battery charging

Our new Cali - today! Does not appear to maintain charge in the leisure batteries. The Control Panel only works with the engine on and though it is plugged in and the circuit breaker is ON there does not appear to be any flow into the batteries. The trip home was 80 miles on mainly dual carriageways.

Does this suggest a fuse? Or worse?

Personally I would get straight on the phone and give them hell .... It's not a cheap used car ..get them out to you to sort it out and then get onto vwcs to complain if they mess you about ...
There's me saying this ,but who was it ??? Main dealer or someone else ??
