We are pleased to announce that the VW California Club have partnered with Breeze Van Centre in Poole as one of our trusted Volkswagen Commercial Dealers.

Some of you may already be aware that Martin ( @vwguru ) is possibly the best VW California technician in the country so along with the team you know you will be in very safe hands.

Breeze also has a superb sales and management team who will also be working very closely with the club. We also plan to run several events with Breeze over the next 12 months.

Yesterday I spent half the day at Breeze meeting all the staff and received a very warm welcome by everyone. They are in a very easy to find location and a massive plus point for me is when I arrived there was at least half a dozen parking spaces in the customer car park.

We realise Breeze will be quite a distance for many (including myself at a 5 hour round trip) but for me it is worth the long journey to know we are getting service we deserve on such an expensive vehicle, also they are situated in a beautiful part of the country so why not make a few days of it as there are plenty of campsites and hotels within a 15 minute drive away. Also as part of their service they will offer a courtesy vehicle or can drop you off into Poole town centre or at the quay.

Just collected my van today and delighted with Breeze Poole!

We have just got back from a visit to Breeze for MOT, Cam Belt, Service, etc. Needed to get the Cali in by 8.00am to be sure of getting it back in the evening and it's a minimum of a 2 hour drive from Bristol. Decided to stay at a local campsite, South Lytchett Manor which is about 10 minutes from Breeze. Lovely site very child and dog friendly. Good pubs locally for an evening meal and very easy route from the site to Breeze.
Arrived at Breeze at 8.00 and handed over the Cali they had it ready for me by 4.30 that afternoon. Very pleased indeed with the service from the Team at Breeze who go out of their way to be helpful.
I took a small tent just in case it wasn't finished so I had somewhere to stay and the campsite were quite happy with that.Dorset Paul & Paddy (5).JPG

I had my Beach in at Breeze Poole today for a couple of niggles before my factory extended warranty ends. Excellent service from Jonathan and Sean.One of the niggles was covered under the warranty which I wasn’t expecting.
 
Just had my Thule step replace via Breeze, great job Breeze, thanks, took a while but that was down to Thule.
 
Booked in for my oil change at Breeze in Southampton for the 29th. Nice to chat with Derek and sorry to hear that he is currently suffering from long covid.

I took my van to Breeze Southampton for some warranty work this week and I can’t fault them, Derek is so helpful and keen to make sure everything is done properly. My roof was not staying up on one side and is fine now, my cupboard doors are going to be replaced after a catch broke and they even polished out a mark on the side of my van and topped up my oil. Very grateful to know there are trustworthy people to look after my pride and joy! Completely different experience from when I had a golf which I used to take to Hedge End..!

I've just had a price match from Breeze Portsmouth against a local independent for a main service, brake fluid change, DSG oil change and new cambelt/water pump, saving 22% over their original quotation. An expensive 4th year but not as expensive as it might have been.

As already mentioned above the All-in Warranty and Service Plan is for vehicles between 3 and 6 years old. However Volkswagen do have Service Plans available which offer a saving against paying as you go. The Service Plans can be paid up front or over 24 months interest free. The great news at the moment is Volkswagen are offering an additional 25% discount of both All-in and Service Plans. Yes unfortunately we have no prior warning to these additional special offers. The saving in normal times is still strong so it will still save you money.
Hi Michael- as a newly joined “novice” Cali owner, who would be best to speak to at VW Breeze in Poole about recommended periodic checks / servicing and any other items?

I’m also looking at replacing the media console to something more modern to include DAB / apple Carl play etc… are they able to do this there ?

I have four snagging issues that need looking at and was worried who to trust with getting them sorted? They are all inside the van. I decide to trust Breeze Poole (booked in Aug 1st ) based on the forum . Also, travelling from near Bristol. Camping is a great idea. I I will consider doing that in future when getting the camper serveced.
