No heat Level setting available for heater

see if it stops on 60 minutes and then, hopefully, set heat continuously for the night.

Once locked out (about 120 minutes cumulative runtime in heat immediately) you need to drive the vehicle before the runtime is reset. Heat continuously will not work when locked out.

This will be of zero help at the moment, but when in cold weather and on electric hook up, we use a small electric heater, controlled by a thermostat. The diesel heater is good once it’s going, but we’ve found a bit tricky to get it right. The Kampa Diddy heater, along with separate stat, is reliable and good enough down sub zero outside. Fits in the drawer ok. And you don’t burn diesel., plus quieter for other campers.
Good tip, thank you. Worth getting for backup just In case.

It was set to 60 minutes, so wasn’t a problem. Heat continuously worked overnight, hopefully now all sorted though I’m still at a loss to understand how numbers can be missing from the heat level setting and then appear days later. There was definitely something weird going on as at one stage the camping mode icon was flashing rapidly and the fridge switched itself off.

Not had your heating issue, but the camping mode flashing and fridge turning off happens fairly regularly when using the control panel. It goes back to the initial screen. Turning the fridge back on all is well.

I've had this a few times. Just touching the control panel knob to check status - Camping Mode "tent" symbol flashes and fridge goes off.
