no power to 12v sockets

I noticed today that the 12 V sockets next to the kitchen and the 12 V socket in the roof have no power. Yet the sockets by the bed and the sockets in the boot do work. I suspect there is a fuse blown somewhere. Could someone advise me as to where to locate, or if it's something else? Thanks in advance.
