No sound from Radio

Message on screen,please see attached photo, I'm not using the phone, making announcement or parking, Has anyone else come across this problem and is there a quick fix?

Have you tried switching off the ignition key and switching back on?

Yes I have tried that and also tried to reset but still no joy.

Tried a reset? Hold down the on/off button for 10 seconds.

Yeah I've tried a reset but still nothing, I'll probably have to put it in to VW for a diagnostic check, possibly software issue.

Have you got your phone in the van?
I had similar in my first T6.1 & its always been a ghost call on the phone, as if the call has ended but not handed control back to the van.
Try turning your phone off & moving it away from the van.

Thanks, ive just tried that but still no joy.

mine did this on the way to cornwall. I pulled into a services and tried the single button reset and clearing the phone, then a two button reset but no joy. I parked up for a break locked the van came back unlocked and it had cleared itself. never done it since.
