Operation Brock to end

The giant contraflow on the M20 is to be removed this weekend, marking the end of Operation Brock.

The concrete barriers are to be stored on the hard shoulder in case they are required again.

Thank goodness. I drove Chatham to Ashford yesterday and marvelled at how half of the motorway was exclusively for an invisible queue!

It will also be nice to get on coastbound at J8 for my irregular commute, rather than the more economical but wing-mirror and suspension damaging cross country route. The potholes are no joke. I’m fairly sure these were the reason for the leaking shocks in my Golf, which SMG Tonbridge replaced in the last month of my extended warranty, bless them!

I thought this thread was going to be about culling of badgers and bovine TB, but it turned out to be just a load of bollards.
