Orange light on dash

Picked up yesterday and just added weconnect app on phone. vehicle health report shows warning triangle on drive icon. Orange light on dash which goes out when I start the engine. is this normal?

It is normal to light up before start , just like other warning lights. I think the ‘message is clear: almost no fuel.
