So, you came for advice to buy used and ended up with brand new one :) It will probably be much cheaper, extra warranty and free service for 5y. Good result.
I agree, my other bit of advice would be hold your nerve and stick with it for many years. If you get the buyers remorse in the next few years and end up selling you'll probably end up losing a fair chunk of money. I know myself from painful experience :(
 
you should be able to buy a new, unregistered Ocean with 5 year 0% financing for £66k or under (I have quotes from multiple dealers at this price). That would require coming up with £33k, which might not be possible, but note that financing £33k at 0% would save you almost £27,000 of interest over 15 years compared to if you paid 8.9% interest on that £33k over 15 years.

That said, it's the middle of August and there is still an absolute ton of stock available. Unless you need something soon I would hold off a few months. Definitely explore the remortgage option if you own.
 
Deals for Ocean are so good now, that I wouldn't mind jumping on one, but have Beach on lease until 2026. It does have extra warranty and servicing, so will use that to full extent.
