Pull out Controll Unit

Hi Guys,
Sorry for my English, I'm Nicoló from Italy.
I've just bought a knob to replace the old one of my control unit....
I've got a problem to pull out the CU, as you can see on the photo, I can extract the lower side but I can't extract the upper side. I'm afraid to break the plastic of the CU...
Do you have any suggestion?
