It’s tough but you need to be strong. More memories in the new bus.thought that would get a reaction They are both very good, I just have fond memories with mine.
Ok you know I've struggled with this, mine has tinted double glazing tow bar it's pristine inside no marks on body work canvas intact 97,000 miles. Admittedly the freestyle had one owner from import hanover, has lots of toys mine don't have bigger engine, but it's not as pristine as my event. this is a big decision Pod.It’s tough but you need to be strong. Red i makes more long term sense.
I think if you write down a list of details of each van, side by side, then it’s easy to see whats what,
Start off with mileage number of owners, then list the equipment/gadgets fitted, then make notes about the stuff that needs repairing, cost, time etc.
It’s always been said to buy on condition, so perhaps a good comparison list might force you to think hard about it and allow you to visually see the results on paper.
Obviously if you can get all 3 (Sidepod) then do.condition and originality over engine output
Can you post a link to the add?Just looking at you’re Freestyle on the Bay. Someone made a good job of the side!!! Faced with that I think you’re right to keep the original.
That said I think it’s a good price. Once sorted, it’ll be a peach.
We were in bed this morning looking at photos over coffee. Our old bus still brings a smile.
