750miles into our 2025 Euro Trip in our new to us 2021 Cali Ocean the dreaded Reduce Oil Level pinged up on the screen..
We pulled into a delightful Aires stop over to check oil levels let cool and check again the dip stick reading was sat just on the max level.
Letting the motor cool anther reading showed it had dropped slightly. We made a b-line for a local VW Concession Volkswagen Perigueux Trélissac Jean Lagarde... following my explanation in my broken French and google translate we were directed straight into one of the service bays.. oil level checked and within a few moments oil was removed via the dipstick hole levels were reduced to the middle of the dipstick a shake of hands and we offered to pay but a no no sir from the staff..
No advance call no pre-arranged visit just turned up and dealt with straight away with no fuss...
