Remove awning stick hinges in a bench drawer.

My lady is getting pissed each time trying to get thing out of the underbench drawer. There are some plastic hinges sticking out inside which are supposed to hold the rolling stick for the awning. We got rid of the awning though I can't remove those things without breaking them. Any suggestions how to remove them?

They're just a push fit. Probably unable to get them out without breaking them.

Mine keep falling out, which is annoying because I don't want them to!

Yea I just broke them off. They cant be removed without removing the front plastic cover of the bench. Anyway were so annoying it was a pleasure to throw them away.
