Removing arms from captain's seat?

I'd like to remove the inner arms from both captain's seats to make it easier to move from front to back - anyone done/ know how to do this?

Remove cap over pivot point - undo bolt.

Thanks WG that's great - i can see from the exploded diagram that the cover must just pull off - that's really what I was unsure about and didn't want to do any damage when I was pretty sure that someone on here would know!
