Replacing seal on sliding window

Hi

While trying to close one of the sliding windows I realised the rubber seal had come away from the pane and become wedged between the sliding window and main pane. I managed to pry it back into place so that I could shut the window but would imagine that it will not seal properly unless correctly seated.

Does anyone know how to remove the sliding window?

It looks like you can't buy a new seal and have to purchase whole sliding section so I'm hoping if I can get panel out I can reseat the seal.
