RNS510 Nav system problem

Hi again,

We have RNS 510 fitted in out 2011 cali has always worked fine until today...Turned on the radio to find no sound coming out & all writing in German. Tried to change language but nothing just this message...
Die gewunschte Sparche wird geladen nothing else happens. Any ideas please?

I suggest you try a reset.
Watch the whole video first. Try Nos2 Softeare reset first.

It was in German when I turned radio on! Thank you hubby will try that tomorrow.

Re setting as video above didn't work!! It seems its reset itself (yes 'itself' as I didn't do anything other than turn it on) to the factory setting of German. I guess it's going to be very expensive to get it sorted!!!

Have you tried changing the Language?
The Handbook will indicate how to do that.
