Roof fault

Having not used the roof for a few months when I came to try and elevate it I got a roof fault message, I accessed the secret menu and the diagnose screen where it said error 1000 which I could not get to clear, does anyone have any idea what this might be and how I can clear it before I have to go to the main dealer….?? T5 California 2012 60,000 miles…..

It could be the sensors in the roof ours had the same code.Have a chat with Mark volksvans on Facebook he fixed ours.
