Roof leaking in side front wheel arch throw A pillar. Broken roof rubber seal.

My California Roof leaking inside front wheel arch throw A pillar. I can see there is a hole in rubber seal. I am not sure it’s fixable or need to replace full. Please advise also if any one replaced before please give me idea how much will be cost.

If you had the front roof cowl replaced (due to corrosion) in the last 2 years it should still be under the repair warranty. If not then just seal the hole with silkaflex or similar. Check for cracking of the sealant all around the cowl as this is a fairly common issue after the cowl repair

Do you mean water is dripping down inside the front wheel arch or is tt wet somewhere inside the van. If it just dripping inside the arch then the drain is doing it's job and I wouldn't worry too much about it. I was told by a dealer that the rubber seal on the roof is not designed to be waterproof.
