Roof pump

T6 ocean 150- VW have had my van for some time now , they are waiting on some oil for the roof pump. The oil was located in Germany as non was found in this country( UK) and due to warranties still in place, they didn't want or couldn't use any other oil. When I say waiting some time I mean waiting SOME time. Is this a special oil? Furthermore what do members who have knowledge of this system think is a reasonable time for VW to fix and refill the pump?

Yes, its special expensive oil, there must be someone
who stocks it in the UK.
